If your abstract is accepted and you have paid the registration fee, you are encouraged to submit the full paper before deadlines and final papers must be sent to fullpapers@eclss.org or contacts@eclss.org.

  • The full manuscript must be submitted as a MS Word document in .doc format (not as a PDF format). 
  • Please use full papers template. 
  •  Please ensure that your paper is ready to go to press by the submission deadline, having thoroughly read the paper for errors; this is especially important if English is not your first language. 
  • Download the added Full Paper Template and carefully follow the formatting guidelines. That format will help you to submit your full paper, therefore you are requested to follow the format carefully. Full papers that do not follow this format will be returned to authors. Full papers will be undergone by a double blind peer reviewing process.

If your paper is requested for revision, we will send back to you with comments and you should send corrected paper within a week. If you have any technical issue or you need any further assistance in submitting your full paper, please contact us at contacts@eclss.org.


After you realize and finish your presentation during plenary sessions at the Conferences, the moderator (Session Chair) will present your certificates.
